During a recent trip to Assynt, I was reminded of the joys of wet fly fishing. A method I used almost exclusively in my early fishing days.

I’ve found that flashy flies are usually well received and so this little bit of bling is often first choice. I guess you could call it a Peter Ross variant of some description.
